7 Fun Facts about Gleener to Celebrate our Seventh Birthday

Ah, how time flies…Gleener is already turning 7 years old! We think this anniversary crept up on us; but really, we just can’t wait to celebrate. And as part of that celebration, we wanted to share 7 facts about our company and our team that you may not already know. Everything that Gleener is today would never have been possible without you, our fans and friends, so one of these facts is actually a little surprise ‘loot bag’, just for you.

• Although it’s been available on the market for 7 years, the Ultimate Fuzz Remover was a true labor of love – it took over 8 years to design and perfect the product. But it was worth the wait! Gleener’s product line has expanded to include more fabric care products, and we have more cool tools coming your way in the future.
• Seven years ago, we never would have thought that Gleener would be so popular, especially in the knitting world. Starting off with 1 store and 2 amazing new friends in Lisa and Melissa at Espace Tricot, we have now made our way into hundreds yarn shops across the US and Canada, and that number continues to grow every year. • Seven years in the making, Gleener is not only strong and successful, but we run on 100% girl-power. Back in 2010 we were a one woman show: the founder, Kim, started the company in her basement, using her garage as a warehouse! We are now a dyanmic-dozen of determined dames. 💪
• We may not have been able to meet Whoopi, but we were still pretty starstruck when the Ultimate Fuzz Remover was selected as one of Whoopi's Favorite Things!
